**Vice President Group Sales (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du organisierst federführend die Entwicklung der übergreifende Vertriebsstrategie der connexta-Gruppe.

Durch die Entstehung der Gruppe entsteht ein substanzielles Cross-Sell-Potential zwischen den Gruppengesellschaften. Du orchestrierst das Heben dieses Cross-Sell-Potentials.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören neben der Kampagnenplanung und -steuerung die Organisation eines systematischen Cross-Sell-Vertriebs zwischen den Gruppengesellschaften.
Du unterstützt komplexe, über mehrere Gruppengesellschaften hinweg reichende Kundenausschreibungen
Du bist Mitglied des Führungsteams der Gruppe mit kollegialer und zielorientierter Kultur
Du berichtest direkt an den CEO der Gruppe

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsmanagement

Die Organisation von Cross-Selling-Kampagnen sind Dir geläufig
Kenntnisse in CRM Systemen (vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics) bringst Du mit
Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen in der lateralen Führung von Verkaufsteams sammeln
Deutschlandweite Reisetätigkeiten gehören zu Deinem Repertoire
Vorzugsweise wohnst Du an einem unserer connexta Standorte (Bremen, Oldenburg, Paderborn, München, Ansbach oder Kempten) oder ziehst mit uns dorthin
