"Join our great Demand Planning team, drive the Core Business of our Brand with cross-functional touchpoints in Market teams, Merchandising, Category Management, Production and Sales " Johannes - Head of Demand Planning **How you leave your mark** Responsible for the global availability of our main product category - Writing Intruments: - Responsible for the Sales Forecast by SKU, aligned with market forecasts and execution of the monthly S&OP for sales / stocks / supply - Monthly consolidation of the sales & operations planning - Supporting budgeting for the relevant product category incl. stock planning - Calculation of net demands and determination of the supply needs; maintenance of the planning parameters and calculation of reorder points / safety stock / coverage based planning for the Global Distribution Center - Monitoring product launch performance and initiate necessary actions to fulfil sales ambitions - Managing the product life cycle, incl. maintenance of relevant master data in SAP (e.g. article status, launch/discontinuation date etc.) - Alignment meetings with production planning / purchasing. - Determination and follow up of main KPI’s (Coverage, supply accuracy etc.) **How you will experience success with us**: - High level of analytical capabilities, very good mathematical skills - Business driver and optimization mindset - Established economical and/or technical experience and education (e.g. economics, SCM, engineer,) - Several years’ experience in supply chain roles with a proven record in forecasting inventory planning etc. - Knowledge in SAP APO or similar planning systems of advantage - Knowledge in SAP R/3 MM, PP, SD of advantage - Presentation skills **How we will inspire you**: At Montblanc we combine apparent opposites.
