Business Execution and Demand Planner

Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We’re looking for a **Business Execution and Demand Planner (M/F/d) **for HGM (High Growth Markets) cluster as part of our Supply Chain department in **Hamburg**. **This role is for 1 year.**

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Supports the local demand planning and forecasting process. Prepares and generates mid-long term demand planning forecasts, including enriching and finalizing short term horizon forecasts
- Owns demand planning forecasts and conducts regular reviews with stakeholders and updates forecasts as needed
- Responsible for supporting the end to end product delivery process with focus to avoid Non Performing Inventory throughout the whole Planning, Manufacturing & Sales Process
- Identifies action plans to resolve overages; coordinates with Customer Service and key account managers on appropriate course of action for
- Identifies and supports process and KPI improvements
- Gathers necessary market-data from cross-functional stakeholders to create S&OP volume proposal
- Helps to drive consensus within the cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance) on monthly S&OP volumes + presents these volumes and their drivers to local management.
- Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new SKU execution is performed

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
- Language Skills: English - advanced (written and spoken). German - advantage.
- Expertise in Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools. FMCG experience - advantage.
- Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment. Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office - with an Excel advanced level
