People are intrinsic to our transformation mission, and as Talent Acquisition EU Hub Lead you will have the opportunity to Lead the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, recruiting, and selecting top talent for roles within our EU Hub, ensuring a consistent and high-level experience for all involved.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Enable the Talent Acquisition team to develop clear and successful data-driven strategies for the EU Hub, through aligning with Head of Talent, P&C and the business.
- Lead confidential searches, and senior leadership and executive searches to hire the best senior talent in the EU Hub.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent.
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research, including optimising of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable the team to work more efficiently.
- Lead or contribute to TA projects e.g., employer branding and digital talent recruitment to strengthen our position in the market.
**What you bring**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and engagement models
- Track record of delivery in an enterprise-scale matrix environment, with a strong understanding of business and organisational evolution
- A data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, with clear examples of using insights and facts to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience with active sourcing and handling senior-level executive searches confidentially
- Good knowledge of project management; the ability to structure, plan, implement and monitor talent acquisition strategies
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (word, excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS (HR Information Systems)
**Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, a combination of agency and corporate recruitment is preferred in at least one of these domains: E-commerce, IT, Digital, Retail, Fashion
- Proven experience of leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams and processes, with expert knowledge of coaching and mentoring methods
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or Psychology, or demonstrated ability to perform at this level
