Together, we shape the evolution. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** - Professional management as well as qualification, development and motivation of the functionally assigned employees within the framework of the defined competency regulations. Preparation of decisions and implementation of personnel measures in coordination with the Head of Compliance MS, the employee's direct reporting line, HR and, if applicable, the works council. Continuous optimisation and further development of organisational processes in the area of responsibility. - "Developing, refining and ensuring the implementation of the compliance principles in line with the overarching business strategy and in coordination with the Head of Compliance MS and the requirements of the Worldline Group. - Establishing, maintaining and further developing a sustainable compliance culture and corresponding corporate ethics in the Worldline joint ventures. - Participate in the development, establishment and continuous enhancement of a compliance programme for the entire GBL MS by developing MS compliance guidelines to describe the Group standard and corresponding control procedures to monitor implementation at local level. - Ensuring uptake and advising on the implementation of regulatory, legal and other requirements to ensure the continued existence of the Company and the Worldline Group as well as the protection of the Company's assets and its customers and suppliers to prevent illegal, unethical or inappropriate behaviour (e.g. by advising on conducting gap analyses with the local compliance officers). - Development, establishment and continuous further development of requirements-compliant, audit-proof and sustainable processes for monitoring and controlling company-wide compliance standards. - Identification of process weaknesses and initiation and implementation of measures to optimise processes - Advising the local compliance officers on all compliance-relevant and compliance-related issues. - Documentation and reporting of all relevant topics. - Regular and ad hoc reporting to internal and external bodies. - Participation in (strategic or change) projects of GBL MS or Worldline Group related to compliance topics, including M&A projects. Participating in steering committees and/or taking on a project sponsorship. **Who Are We Looking For** We look for big thinkers.
