Head of Compliance

**Tasks**:

- Technical and disciplinary management of currently one employee, as well as technical management of local compliance officers worldwide
- Further development and ongoing implementation of our compliance management system
- Incident reporting and management, as well as evaluation of the whistleblower system
- Implementation and continual improvement of required compliance regulations, guidelines, and compliance programmes in close collaboration with the Group Compliance Officer
- Development of action and decision recommendations for operational processes
- Screening of business partners for compliance risks and contract review with members of specialised groups
- Deployment of specific compliance training courses
- Collaboration with the Group Compliance Officer, as well as exchange and consultation with other businesses on the company's compliance measures

**Requirements**:

- A legal degree, preferably with entrance as an in-house lawyer, or a business administration degree with a related specialisation is preferred.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer, legal counsel or compliance officer
- Experience in setting up and maintaining a compliance management system
- Knowledge of a pharmaceutical company's compliance requirements
- Business fluent English and German language skills
- You are strong in your communication skills, have a high level of assertiveness, and work in a problem-solving oriented manner
