**Department description / job purpose / role**:
The Digital Sales team reports into Group Strategy, Marketing, Distribution. There are three objectives: a) implement and optimize the Digital Assets to accelate business b) research on digital sales trends and reporting on existing tools c) deliver Digital Sales communication strategy and prepare content and formats.

We are hiring an Intern to support the implementation of Digital Sales projects.

**Your key responsibilities will be the following**:
The position provides you with the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives aimed at building capability for the marketer and distributors. This includes the following responsibilities:

- Support upcoming projects and summarize documentation
- Create convincing storyline and presentations for various audiences to ensure buy-in and readiness to adopt
- Maintain presence on internal communication platform (Digital Market Place, Connect)
- Create reports and surveys as required and help set priorities
- Keep track of all projects and manage the administration e.g. updating documents, input into the system etc. to ensure efficient delivery
- Preparing data and dashboard reporting
- Support the Digital Sales Team in ad hoc requests
- Draft communication for the marketer and distributor community in various channels

**Qualification**

**(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.)**:

- Enrolled in a Master's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Social Media tools
- Fluent English; German skills advantageous

Profile:

- Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive, as well as being team oriented
- Ability to translate ideas and complex interfaces into creative formats
- Ability to run basic Data Analytics
- Good ability of collecting and summarizing information
