Intern App Experience (f/m/d) To support our Site Management team we are searching for a Intern App Experience (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. WHAT YOU WILL DOOperational execution of app communication campaigns (Push Notifications, In-app messages). Analysis and execution of weekly, monthly, and Adhoc reports for our campaigns. Analysis and research of new app communication placements to improve customer journey and user experience. Support the App Experience Team in their daily business (e.g. communication campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store Optimization, competitors’ research, etc.). App release support and testing.WHO YOU AREStudent or recent graduate of business studies, marketing or e-commerce First practical work experience, ideally in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, digital marketing Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment First knowledge of app/mobile marketing is an advantage High online affinity and a keen sense for trends in the e-commerce business Keen eye for details and capacity to take responsibility Very good English knowledge, written and spokenWHAT WE OFFERMobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 12 days of vacation during your 6 month internship A monthly gross salary of 2,222.00€ for voluntary internships, or a monthly gross salary of 1,100.00€ for mandatory internships Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Corporate Benefits Platform Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life)WHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
