Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Team in Berlin as a working student for 20 hour a week starting

 The Opportunity:

As the Human Resources (HR) department we are entrusted to oversee the important task of managing the entire employee experience for BSBI. From the moment a new colleague joins our dynamic organization, we are responsible for running every aspect of the employment process. We are committed to applying new approaches to the design of work processes that improve individual and organizational performance, with a focus on positive employee experience.  If you are passionate about human resource management, we are currently looking for a qualified Working Student to provide support in processes related to workforce management, labor relations, policy implementation and HR compliance, contributing to making the organization a better place to work. 

Your tasks:
  • Create and maintain physical and digital personnel files, support the administration of our HR system (Personio), and prepare and issue HR-related documents.
  • Collaborate on various projects and contribute to the successful implementation of HR initiatives (e.g. employer branding, digitalization, health management & employee benefits).
  • Maintain HR documents, presentations, and guidelines to ensure they reflect current policies and procedures.
  • Use tracking tools (e.g. MS Excel) to maintain accurate HR records and data.
  • Support the maintenance and tracking of student worker records, ensuring all files and documents are complete and up to date.
  • Ensure smooth communication with student workers regarding HR processes and employment procedures.


Your profile
  • You are an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student and have completed at least two semesters in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Very good German (C1) and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable, service-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international HR environment.
