With Customer Engagement being key to creating exceptional experiences and supporting our brand's success, we are looking for a Working Student in Customer Engagement who is eager to assist, learn, and make an impact across customer interactions and processes.

**This role is located in Munich**

**Your responsibilities**:

- As part of our Customer Engagement Team, you will support for incoming conversations, as well as overseeing escalations of complex issues
- You make sure that our customers feel that they are in good hands with you in every aspect
- You will also support the team with tool maintenance, bring in a breath of fresh air and learn everything about the area of customer engagement
- There are also tasks that are not directly related to customer communication. Since we receive special tasks from other departments, logistics, for example, address errors, cancellations and refunds due to out of stock situations have to be maintained on the Customer Engagement side
- You will support and assist the 1st level agents
- If help is needed, you'll also help out with our social media team, and you can be in constant contact with our customers here too

**This is you**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student
- You speak German and very good English, other languages on top are welcome
- You enjoy working in a team and bring a high degree of personal responsibility and motivation
- You are available to work, ideally 16-20 hrs/week
- You make every customer feel like a royalty
- You are empathic and enjoy communicating with customers and partners and are always friendly
