**The position**:
We are seeking a **VP of Revenue Enablement** to lead our enablement strategy, ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams are fully equipped to drive revenue growth. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that enhance productivity, accelerate deal cycles, and improve overall revenue outcomes.
As the **VP of Revenue Enablement**, you will work cross-functionally with leadership in **sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success** to develop enablement initiatives that align with business objectives. You will oversee the **development of training programs, sales playbooks, go-to-market (GTM) readiness, content strategy, and sales technology adoption** to drive effectiveness across the revenue organization.
This is a **high-impact, strategic leadership role** reporting directly to the **Chief Growth Officer (CGO)** and playing a key role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy.
**Your profile**:
You are a **data-driven, results-oriented leader** with a deep understanding of **revenue enablement, sales methodologies, and go-to-market strategy**. You have **a proven track record of scaling enablement functions** in high-growth environments and can **align enablement programs with measurable business outcomes**.
**What You Bring**:
- **5**+ years** of experience in **sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM leadership**, with experience in **senior leadership role (VP, Head, or Director level).**:
- Expertise in **developing and executing revenue enablement strategies** that drive sales performance and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of **B2B sales cycles, sales methodologies, and sales technology stacks.**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use **data to measure impact and continuously improve enablement programs.**:
- Exceptional **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.**:
- Experience in **SaaS, technology, or high-growth industries is a plus.**
