Our guests feel at ease because they know: their event is in your capable hands. **What your responsibilities are...** - You evaluate the incoming enquiries, qualify them and distribute them amongst the team - You are responsible for the professional planning of conferences, private events, congresses and group bookings (rooms). - You facilitate clear and professional communication about processes and procedures of the events with all departments - You are present with the guests & customers.
