**Your Job**
- In this varied role, you will work closely with and report directly to our CPO
- This role is based in Hamburg and primarily requires in-office presence with flexibility to work from home as needed
- Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product division
- Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters
- Facilitate management decisions by providing reports, analysis, and sparring with stakeholders and the CPO
- Strategic and operative support in the preparation and execution of leadership meeting routines
- Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings
- Leadership responsibility of one direct report.
**Your Skills**
- Completed a university degree in business or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
- Reliable, accurate and independent working style, able to quickly switch contexts and work on multiple projects/tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good business sense and entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to set up and run projects independently, managing various stakeholders and cross-functional team members
- A proactive team player, able to drive projects and stakeholders and deliver excellent results even under time pressure
- Strong command of office tools (PowerPoint, excel) with an eye for detail
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a plus
