**About the role**:
Embark on an exciting marketing voyage with Reckitt as Project Coordinator in our dynamic Media team. You'll get to shape the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences. Dive into data, trends, and strategies to elevate our market presence and be at the forefront of innovation in brand loyalty and customer experience.

**Your responsibilities**:
Overall responsibility for the full administration and coordination of assigned media management projects:

- 
- Key contact person of assigned projects 
- Project support: Support media team independently when it comes to operative processes and tasks within projects (e.g.digital campaign briefing & implementation, agency coordination, mediaschedule updates, consult brand team, competitor analysis, media trainings)
- Project coordination: Coordinate communication between media agency, digital agency, brand team, global team, sales & trade teams and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution; keep all stake holders informed 
- Project tracking: set clear deadlines and ensure all operative tasks related to the project are delivered in time
- Project measurement: Evaluate post campaign reportings and help brand teams to continuously improve comms strategy based on KP|s/results. 
- Budget responsibility: Creation of PO's, independent tracking of media budget & invoicing 
- Ensure smooth running of daily business aspects related to the Project

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Min. 1 year working experience in a media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company in a similar function 
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of the media market, budget and media planning, media buying and research, knowledge of the medium TV 
- Problem solver with a high results orientation 
- Structured thinker with well-organized working approach and ability to handle ambiguity 
- Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships 
- Strong commercial understanding 
- Highly organized self-starter, self-motivated with drive High level of proactivity, assertiveness, persuasiveness and creativity
