Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams

ab sofort eine/n Assistent/in der Prüfleitung im

Bereich in Teilzeit (20-30 Std./Woche).

**Wollen Sie folgende verantwortungsvolle**

**Aufgaben bei uns übernehmen?**

Das Assistenzteam unterstützt unsere Prüfleiter

vom Schreibtisch aus bei der Durchführung

wissenschaftlicher Studien, u.a. durch:

- Erstellung/Überprüfung von Studienplänen,

Berichten und Rohdaten in deutscher und

englischer Sprache
- Bearbeitung und Unterstützung von

qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen,

inkl. GLP-konforme Dokumentation
- Versand von finalen Dokumenten
- Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung von

studienrelevanten Vorlagen
- Rohdatenübertragung und Datenpflege

mittels Labororganisationssoftware und MS
- Excel
- Vorbereitung abgeschlossener Studien für

die Archivierung, inkl. Paginierarbeiten

**Bringen Sie diese Voraussetzungen mit?**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

oder Studium (naturwissenschaftlicher

Hintergrund von Vorteil) - Berufseinsteiger/

Wiedereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in

Wort und Schrift
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
