Executive Producer

**We are currently looking for a Executive Producer**:
**for our Supremacy Franchise**:
Take ownership of the performance of various production aspects of the supremacy strategy game portfolio and lead a team of producers assigned to individual titles, as well as oversee various matrix departments. Your key objective is to optimize and elevate our game production processes, tools, and communication pipelines. You will also ensure that our teams work efficiently in collaboration with the product owners and technical departments, while maintaining high-quality output.

This role is pivotal in bringing strategic vision, process improvement, and leadership to our production teams, driving our games to a higher level of operational excellence and innovation.

The reporting line is directly to the Vice President Product of the Supremacy Franchise.

**Your Mission**:

- Being on top of the development and live ops production of mobile strategy games, ensuring several projects are delivered on time, in agreed budget and quality
- Lead and manage the production organization, including all game producers and several matrix department heads supporting the game teams (e.g. Art, QA)
- Set clear goals and expectations, and providing feedback and support
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence within the production teams
- Develop and refine production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and communication across all development teams & projects
- Drive continuous improvements in project management methodologies, team structures, workflows, and tool adoption
- Assess and implement the best tools and technologies for project management, production tracking, and live operations
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing, leveraging synergies across multiple teams
- Ensure alignment of production priorities with the overall product vision, business goals, and studio objectives
- Optimize resource planning, balancing the needs of different teams to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Identify and mitigate production risks, proactively addressing bottlenecks and challenges
- Report production status and key metrics to senior management, providing clear visibility into project health
- Maintain a deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player expectations, and emerging trends in terms of production quality to ensure our games remain competitive and innovative
- Establish and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and platforms to ensure smooth development processes and maximize opportunities for collaboration

**Your Backstory**:

- Passion for gaming, at least 7 years of experience in mobile game development with experience leading multiple cross-functional teams
- Proven track record as an Executive Producer, Head of Production, or similar senior leadership role in game development
- Deep expertise in game production processes, with a strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Familiarity with live-ops, mobile game development, and multi-platform game releases
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic approach to overcoming production challenges
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing requirements and deadlines

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with hybrid, remote and multi-location game development teams
- Passion for grand strategy titles and online multiplayer games
