**Field Supervisor Perfume & Cosmetics Travel Retail**:
**Job Summary**:
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at international airports. For our client Coty, one of the largest cosmetics companies in the world, you will be responsible for analyzing profitability and managing growth in Travel Retail at all major airports in Germany.

This dynamic role will require you to engage in scheduled travels to various airport locations, constituting up to 80% of your work time, while handling administrative tasks from the comfort of your home office.

**Contract frame**:
Indefinite contract. Full time. Next possible starting date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analysis and report**: analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and report on status, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
- ** Draw conclusions for improvement**: Analyze gathered data and insights from sales, customer interactions, andpromotional activities to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies, training programs, merchandising approaches, and overall customer engagement. Use these conclusions to develop actionable recommendations and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key responsibilities.
- ** Sell-out**: be a constant contact for the management of Duty Free retailers Management and for your Key Account Managers. Identify influencing factors, propose agreements and action to positively influence the sell-out.
- ** Promotions**: serve as an interface between retailer and hostesses/agencies
- ** Trainings**: participate in brand trainings and workshops as well as organize and conduct them yourself.
- ** Merchandising**: obtaining the applicable approvals of retailers and monitor merchandising activities on-site. Ensure proper presentation of the products at the point-of-sale, following the merchandising guidelines established by the brand.

**Your Profile**:

- Field Supervising experience in (Travel) Retail
- Background in sales, distribution and customer relations
- Good level of english mandatory
- Perfume & Cosmetics experience
- You are a team player
- Highly self organized
- Analytical reporting skills
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills (PivotCharts)
- Adapt to new situations fast and securely
- Strategic and result-oriented thinking
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- High working ethics
