Wir suchen ab sofort einen Delivery Partner (w/m/d) im Bereich Data Management. Data Management als Teilbereich von Capgemini Insights & Data hilft unseren Kunden, die richtigen Entscheidungen auf Basis qualitativ hochwertiger und konsistenter Datenbestände zu treffen. Sie haben die ersten Schritte im Datenmanagement gemacht und möchten Ihre Kenntnisse in den Themen MDM, Datenqualität, Datenintegration, Datenmigration, Data Catalog und Data Governance in einem erfahrenen Team weiter ausbauen sowie Ihre Karriere zusammen mit uns nachhaltig ausrichten? **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie entwickeln anhand von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und unseren erarbeiteten Responses die richtige Teamzusammensetzung.
- Sie übernehmen die Abstimmung mit den Verantwortlichen im Team Insights & Data und gegebenenfalls den Bid Teams.
- Sie sind für die Erstellung und Umsetzung passender Delivery Konzepte verantwortlich.
- Sie sind in ständigem Austausch mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen und screenen auch selbst Bewerbungsunterlagen.
- Sie übernehmen die Reservierung von Ressourcen in Abstimmung mit den Verantwortlichen und das Tracking der Hiring Maßnahmen.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder Finanzmathematik - auch Quereinsteiger*innen sind willkommen
- Projekt-/Beratungserfahrungen in Themen wie Big Data, Analytics Solutions, AWS, Cloud Solutions und Projektmanagement
- Erfahrungen in der Financial Services Branche wünschenswert
- Technisches Know-How in Oracle Big Data Appliance, Cloudera / Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Cloud Architekturen sind von Vorteil
- Logisch-strukturiertes Denken sowie Intuition und Kreativität
- Teamplayer mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
