About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery across multiple campuses in the DACH region based 3 days a week in our Frankfurt office. You will lead a team of experienced delivery professionals, driving project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and partner performance, and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex builds. This role is hands-on, strategic, and influential — you will be empowered to make decisions that ensure operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with our Delivery, Design & Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, ensuring that each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role reports directly to the SVP of Delivery, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery Execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery strategy across the DACH region, ensuring accountability for safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery — from pre-construction planning through to commissioning and handover — ensuring execution is aligned with business and lease commitments.
- Lead and develop high-performing delivery teams, including directors and third-party consultants, across multiple campuses.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Budget & Performance Management
- Lead campus-level and regional CAPEX budget planning and execution, ensuring alignment with financial controls and corporate policies.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for leadership, providing visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with Finance and Cost Control teams to manage forecast accuracy, cost-to-complete, and commercial partner performance.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Act as a key escalation point for project delivery, customer fulfilment, and vendor coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring effective procurement, execution, and close-out processes.
- Support Sales and Customer Delivery teams by participating in client engagements and ensuring delivery alignment with lease requirements.

Cross-Functional Integration
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure delivery decisions are aligned with long-term maintainability and reliability.
- Feed lessons learned into the delivery lifecycle to drive efficiency, cost optimisation, and improved performance.
- Influence internal product development by identifying opportunities for innovation, change management, and process improvement across the portfolio.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive project delivery or construction management experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale mission-critical infrastructure with International/EMEA experience.
- Proven track record in leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex construction projects across EMEA within high-growth, fast-paced environments, including the management of cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Deep understanding of CSA and MEP systems and strong experience managing large general contractors and third-party consultants.
- Data center delivery or construction experience is necessary.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are necessary.
- Willingness to travel across the region (50-75% travel expected).
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
