Previous experience performing theater and national SIGINT collection management in support of Combatant Commands. - 2. Previous experience working with National Security Agency staff to coordinate and review Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Concepts of Operation (CONOPs) and SIGINT Collection Waivers. - 3.
