Als Credit and Collection Specialist für unseren North European Finance HUB mit Sitz in Stuttgart bist Du Experte für Debitorenbuchhaltung. In dieser Funktion hast Du die Möglichkeit, vor Ort und international zu arbeiten und als ein wichtiger Kontaktpunkt zwischen unseren Shared Services Partnern, internen Partnern und unseren Kunden zu agieren. Damit nimmst Du direkten Einfluss auf die Qualität, Effizienz und Effektivität unserer Finanzprozesse.

**Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf Dich**:

- Unterstützung des Forderungsmanagements zusammen mit unserem Shared Service Center und Collection Teams in teilweiser Eigenverantwortung
- Mitverantwortung für das Erreichen der Kennzahlen DSO und Overdue´s mit dem entsprechenden Reporting
- Aufbereitung für die Beurteilungen und Analysen der monatlichen Forderungsportfolien und deren Performance
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Customer Care and Service Teams; Teilnahme an Meetings zur Bearbeitung, Betreuung und Klärung von Kundenreklamationen (Claim Management)
- Leitung der wöchentlichen Besprechungen mit dem Shared Service Business Partner mit den entsprechenden Nachverfolgungen und Vorantreiben der Lösungen
- Kontenüberprüfung und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor Weitergabe an den nächsten Entscheidungsträger
- Kontrollen der Anlage und Pflege von Kundendaten via Ticketsystem
- Ausarbeitung und Überprüfung der Kundenkreditlimits via Ticketsystem
- Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Kreditlimits mit Empfehlungen für weitere Maßnahmen und Entscheidungen in Sondersituationen
- Unterstützung des Credit Managers bei den monatlichen Audits in den Bereichen internal controls/SOX sowie bei den Monats -und Quartalsabschlusstätigkeiten
- Erster Ansprechpartner zur Problemlösung in Bezug auf Kundenzahlungen
- Accessmanagement unserer Kundenportalen für den Finanzbereich
- Teilnahme an interessanten Finanzprojekten

**Was du mitbringen solltest**:

- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine adäquate Qualifikation im Finanzwesen, beispielsweise als Kreditanalyst oder Debitorenbuchhalter
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Position mit vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsschwerpunkten
- Die Fähigkeit, effektiv und strukturiert mit einem guten Zeit
- und Selbstmanagement zu arbeiten
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit für Verantwortung
- Freude daran, eigenverantwortlich und mit Resilienz in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld mitzugestalten und zu steuern
- Eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit souveränem Auftreten
- Du sprichst Deutsch fließend und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, SAP FI und Excel
