Cosphatec ist der Partner für die Stabilisierung moderner und natürlicher Kosmetik mit nachhaltigen und hautfreundlichen Rohstoffen. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2005 sind alternative Konservierungsmittel für den Naturkosmetikbereich unser Kerngeschäft. Unsere Vision ist es, alle synthetischen oder bedenklichen Kosmetik-Inhaltsstoffe durch natürliche Alternativen zu ersetzen.

Im Cosphatec-Team arbeiten Experten in den Bereichen Forschung und Entwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement, Labor, Regulatory und Vertrieb. Über unsere Standorte in Hamburg und Shanghai sowie weltweite internationale Vertriebspartner sind wir in engem persönlichem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden. Wir suchen ab sofort in Teilzeit für ca. 20 Wochenstunden einen Customer Service/Sales Assistant (w/m/d).

Aufgaben
- Auftragsabwicklung
- Unterstützung des Sales Teams
- Preiskalkulation und Angebotserstellung
- Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
- Kommunikation mit unserem Lager, Logistik und Lieferanten
- Pflege von Auftrags
- und Kundendaten
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Aufgaben
- Musterversand

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Groß- und Außenhandel (Fachrichtung: Außenhandel)
- Interesse an kosmetischen Produkten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Selbstorganisation und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Teamgeist und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
- Gute Navision Kenntnisse oder einem anderen Warenwirtschaftssystem
