**Position**:Customer Service Assistant - Export Sales (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**
- Eigenständiges Abwickeln von Exportaufträgen
- Erstellen von Exportdokumenten (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, uvm.)
- Organisieren und Koordinieren von Transporten per Luft, See, LKW oder Kurier
- Überwachen der Aufträge von Eingang über die Produktion bis zur Auslieferung
- Betreuung internationaler Kunden
- Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Angebotserstellung, bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit technischem Support oder Außendienst
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Einhalten von Compliance-Richtlinien, z.B. Sanktionslistenscreening, End-User-Certificate etc.

**Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (idealerweise als Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau)
- Erfahrungen in Exportabwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und verfügen über ERP-Erfahrung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und zielgerichtete, analytische Vorgehensweise zum Kunden
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten
