For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Inflight**

Your new job includes
- As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Inflight you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support in cooperation with your sales team. In particular, you will- be the interface for our internal departments Purchasing, Category Management, Customer Order Management and Supplier Order Management
- handle customer inquiries regarding assortments, prices and complaints
- work closely with sales colleagues on the implementation of the sales strategy and provide support in preparing and following up on product range meetings
- assist with demand, promotion and assortment analyses
- create customer master files and quotations and process complaints

What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar function
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in working with SAP
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- A goal-oriented approach to work as well as initiative
- Enthusiasm at work, a high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
