**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a Head of Sales with a record of successfully growing revenue via direct and indirect channels and managing sales teams. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy and go-to-market motion.
This role requires true relationship-building skills, business acumen, and product as well as technical understanding. You must be able to work across numerous teams and departments, synchronous and asynchronous, including sales, marketing, revenue operations and product.

As our Head of Sales you will drive the growth of our company by acquiring new customers in our core markets, entering new market segments and establishing successful partnerships.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and develop an outstanding team.** You are a role model for the team of currently six sales & partnership managers, you motivate the team and align it with the company's strategy.
- **Define and execute sales strategy and plans.** You are responsible for ensuring proper execution of all sales and partnership related activities and driving excellence on all channels.
- **Drive results.** You deliver on your own targets, achieve quotas and maintain & drive the team’s happiness
- **Be a role model and get your hands dirty.** You lead by example and manage your own (key) acquisitions as well as support the acquisitions of your team members.
- **Measure the effectiveness of the sales department.** You monitor, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Establish scalable processes and operational excellence.** You focus on establishing workflows and automations to increase the productivity and efficiency of our sales activities.
- **Foster sales culture.** You foster a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
- **Provide direction to and coach the team.** You are offering guidance on sales & partnership strategies, tools and approaches as well as project management.
- **Ensure customer relevant innovation**.** You partner with the product team to drive product strategy, roadmap and prioritization.

**_An experienced SaaS professional: _**
- 5 to 10 years experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 3 years in sales team leadership
- Ideally HotelTech / Hospitality industry experience
- You come with your book of best practices
