Tasks - Serve as the primary point of contact for business inquiries, communications, and logistics support. - Oversee internal operations including office affairs, accounting tasks, payment monitoring, inventory management, and travel planning. - Assist in strategic tasks including budget planning, tender preparation, and technical project management. - Manage and enhance team collaboration by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments. - Support company visibility and marketing efforts through publicity campaigns and events. - Contribute to team development by handling recruitment, onboarding, and other related tasks as needed. **Requirements**: - 2 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education (e.g. training as an office management assistant) and work experience - Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (company language) - German (B2) is a requirement for business correspondence for communication with authorities - Knowledge of common (cloud) office software and tools **Nice to have**: - Work experience in a technical environment, or a technical background - Start-up experience Phaseform is a rapidly growing startup spun out of the Department of Microsystems of the University of Freiburg with a clear vision of continuous innovation in a New Era of Adaptive Optics.
