To support our team we are immediately looking for a dedicated
**Scientist for the area Immunoassays**
- Method development/validation of different substances for quantification in biological matrices by ELISA, electroluminescence assays, enzyme activity and hybridization assays
- Independent coordination, planning and supervision of projects.
- Interface between the laboratory and the customer (project management)
- Data processing of the respective projects (evaluating results, writing reports)
- Optimization of sample (pre)processing and matrix handling
- Act as Study Director within the scope of GLP studies (after training)

**Requirements**:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, reliability and commitment to quality
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in natural sciences (biology, chemistry, biotechnology or similar) or comparable qualification
- Experience with immunoassay development
- Project management experience preferred
- Knowledge of analytics/bioanalytics
- Scientific curiosity - willing to try new things
- Working experience in a GLP environment or as GLP study director preferred
- Able to speak/read/write in German and English
- Good computer skills (MS-Office)
- Hands-on-mentality
