Your Responsibilities
You support our content strategy and execution in Germany by becoming an expert of our insurance product and translate their benefits to our customers
You are able to generate content yourself, as well as being able to brief, delegate, and correct content and support the launch of new channels (e.g., direct mail, lead generation, native,...)
You support our CRM communication strategy from lifecycle to retention flows and the UX copywriting and landing page creation
You proofread and provide feedback on content written by freelancers
You optimize our SEO, SEA and social copy in collaboration with our growth marketers, as well as our social media strategy in the German market

Your Profile
You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance or fintech industries
You’re native German speaking, have excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to think creatively in new and unconventional ways
You have strong communication and storytelling skills (a passion to tell stories that change the way people think about insurance)
You are great at creating content yourself, but also able to manage external parties too
You are highly organized to make progress on all fronts
