**Junior Market Research Analyst (m/w/d)**

- Dive into the heart of the packaged food industry to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, with a spotlight on Korean cuisine.
- Transform data into insights, guiding our marketing and product development teams with your analytical competency.
- Be the detective who uncovers consumer preferences, competitor moves, and market dynamics to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with a diverse team, bringing your unique perspective to the table to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the food industry, with a specific focus on Korean cuisine.
- Analyze consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies by evaluating market data and identifying key areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on emerging trends and customer behavior, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present reports on market research findings, making recommendations for potential business strategies and product enhancements.
- Your Profile_
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with an additional 1-2 years of practical experience in market research (either agency side or manufacturer side).
- Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for turning complex data into actionable strategies.
- You're familiar with market research tools and techniques - a data maestro in the making.
- Your passion for the food industry is evident, and Korean cuisine holds a special place in your heart.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, showcasing your talent as a team player and collaborator.
- Fluent in German and English, with the capability to effectively convey insights and findings.
