**Training & Development - (Performance Management) Specialist (M/F/d) - 100 % remote**

**Your mission**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training & Development - (Performance Management) Specialist to lead our team in designing, implementing, and managing training programs centered on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires you to ensure that team members are fully trained on company processes, follow through with SOP adherence, and provide ongoing support and follow-up for compliance and improvement. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing training sessions, managing SOP documentation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and consistent SOP execution remotely.

**Your daily tasks**:

- Maintain comprehensive SOPs for various departments.
- Implement a process for periodic reviews and updates of SOPs as needed.
- Create training materials that align with SOPs.
- Organize and conduct remote training sessions
- Ensure that training materials are accessible and comprehensible to team members with various levels of technical expertise.
- Customize training programs based on the roles and specific needs of individual departments.
- Track and monitor team member adherence to established SOPs after training sessions.
- Provide support and follow-up to ensure continuous improvement and correction of any non-compliance.
- Regularly communicate with team members to assess their understanding and execution of SOP processes.
- Conduct routine audits of team performance related to SOP execution and report on findings.
- Identify areas and Implement improvements to the training approach based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain strong communication with remote teams to ensure they are aligned with SOP expectations.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning across all teams.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and SOP updates.
- Present data-driven insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, SOP management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of SOP creation, process documentation, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a remote setting.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Skills:

- Languages in operations management or quality control roles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific SOPs and compliance regulations.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear and simple SOPs.
