We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.

As a **Document Controller** at **Linesight**, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.

The Opportunity:
**In this role you will**:

- Assist in creating reports and technical documents
- Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
- Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
- Manage and control information circulation
- Set up an efficient document management system
- Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Have experience in a similar document management role in Data Centers, or alternatively in Pharma or Oil and Gas
- Have experience in Aconex and Sharepoint which are critical for this role
- Enjoy managing a large range of information
- Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Have the legal right to work in Germany and ideally previous experience within the German market
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
