Document Controller - Data Centre
As a **Document Controller** at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. **In this role you will**:
- Assist in creating reports and technical documents-
- Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval-
- Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions-
- Manage and control information circulation-
- Set up an efficient document management system-
- Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives-
- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Have experience in a similar document management role-
- Have experience in Aconex and Sharepoint which are critical for this role-
- Enjoy managing a large range of information-
- Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills-
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing-
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun**About us**
