We are looking for a **Director of Product, Ad Tech** **(f/m/d)** to join our Product team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin
In this role you will be leading our effort to build the best advertising platform that optimises advertising yield without negative impact on customer experience, and scale it across 50+ countries where Delivery Hero brands are present.
You will work with our sales leads, data science teams and other product and tech teams to deliver the innovative ad publisher platform that provides for sustainable long-term success of Delivery Hero.
**Your mission**:
- Join us and work on one of the most exciting and upcoming topics at Delivery Hero with significant top management attention
- Own the advertising platform that employs different business models to optimise monetization of the value it delivers to our vendors
- Define vision, roadmap and KPIs within a cross-functional team of data scientists, product and tech
- Define the data strategy, set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms and measure the impact
- Understand in detail the impact of our ads on the user experience and measure the tradeoffs between displaying and not displaying advertising
- Communicate with local teams to understand business and sales challenges and develop resolution strategies
- Participate in setting up and organising prioritisation sessions and processes
- Join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor
**Your heroic skills**:
- 3-5 years of relevant ad tech experience building out commercially viable and mutually beneficial partnerships
- You have previously owned a product, roadmap and led a team of developers, product managers or data scientists
- Highly analytical. Ability to think and explain all product initiatives through data
- Proven ability to use qualitative insights and data analysis defining and measuring the success of ad tech products
- You are passionate about directly connecting business needs with the product value.
