If you are someone who is a fast learner, comfortable working collaboratively, and enjoys the idea of taking ownership, join us on our amazing growth curve **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**: - You will ensure accurate and timely client billing according to German and international standards - You will collect payments from customers and accurately record it into the system - You will update client accounts based on payment or contact information - You will support the Order Management team with day-to-day business and order processing - You will contribute to the order process and get familiar with every step of the way - You will ensure accurate and timely data entry into our system - You will validate orders and track delivery of services **WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE**: - You are currently enrolled in university and studying Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or a similar field - Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your day-to-day tasks - Fluent communication skills in both English and German will enable you to communicate efficiently internally and externally with different stakeholders **HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH**: Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
