Working Student People Analytics

We are looking for a new team member for our People Analytics team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your excel and analytical skills, while diving into the field of HR Controlling.

**Your role**:

- You own the monthly HR reporting and controlling, and you take over different responsibilities in our annual compensation review process
- You independently create analyses of personnel statistics, evaluations and key figures
- As a part of your responsibilities, you optimize and maintain the existing data infrastructure and the quality of the data in our HRIS
- In addition, you will be involved in the further development of our HR KPI system and its associated reporting
- You ensure accuracy and final quality review of our data, reports and products
- You support the People Analytics team with ad-hoc requests and help to improve the output with a focus on data quality and the optimization of our processes

**Your profile**:

- You are an enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, or a comparable business degree with a focus on controlling or analytics
- Ideally, you have gained first experiences with HR controlling and have a basic understanding of HR processes or data manipulation
- Excellent skills with Excel, especially with Pivot tables, logical and statistical functions, and data visualization
- Experience with Tableau and G Suite and automation tools is a plus
- You are fluent in English and have good German skills
- You take complete ownership of your tasks, being able to work independently and accurately. Your working style is based on attention to detail and proactivity
