Wir besetzen aktuell eine Rolle als Head of HR Business Partnering bei einem führenden Consumer Products Unternehmen.
In dieser Rolle steuerst und führst Du ein Team von Business Partnern und bist verantwortlich für die Neugestaltung des Bereiches, vor allem in Bezug auf die Schärfung der Rolle des Business Partner, die Entwicklung und Steuerung von Compliance-Aufgaben sowie die stärkere Ausrichtung am Business Bedarf.
Du entwickelst Dein Team zu einem noch besseren strategischer Berater des Topmanagements und passt Prozesse und Instrumente entsprechend an.
Du solltest für diese Rolle langjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich in einer strategischen Rolle oder als HR Business Partner mitbringen. Zudem solltest Du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt haben.
| REMOTE WORK POLICY
Du kannst in dieser Rolle hybrid remote aus dem Office in Hamburg arbeiten (~50%).
Solltest Du für diese Rolle nach Hamburg umziehen oder reisen, dann werden Deine Relocation bzw. Reisekosten natürlich übernommen.
