The role

We're seeking a talented Content Director to lead a global team responsible for creating all SellerX content, in particular the 1000+ products we launch each year on marketplaces like Amazon. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Content Director will have the opportunity to drive innovation, build a world-class team, and make a meaningful impact on the success of the company.

The content team is in charge of the content for our brands and products launched or optimized on marketplaces and websites: pictures, lifestyle pictures, titles, banners, editorial, etc. Its mission is to create impactful content to make our brands and products shine wherever customers see them.

The team is composed of 40+ team members across two locations in Germany and China, responsible for design, photography, editorial, and other areas. It heavily collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sourcing, Brand management and IT, to maximize the impact of the content with best-in-class processes (and a heavy focus on AI).

Your responsibilities:

- Lead the content team globally and act as the face of the content team to the rest of the business.
- Drive process optimization, quality management, and innovation to ensure the highest standards of content creation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and meets customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, with a particular focus on AI.

Your background:

- Experience managing global teams and with Amazon content are a plus.
