Der Head of Application Strategy verantwortet die Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Applikationsportfolios bestehend aus Eigenentwicklungen, Standardsystemen (u.a. SAP) und Clouddiensten. Dies umfasst sowohl die strategische Optimierung als auch die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der dazugehörigen Softwareprojekte.
- Analyse der strategischen Unternehmensbedürfnisse und Umsetzung dieser in konkrete, operative Projekte
- Auswahl adäquater Projektmethoden und Aufbau entsprechender funktionaler Projektorganisationen
- Auswahl und Bewertung potenzieller Lösungsszenarien (Eigenentwicklung, Fremdentwicklung, Standardsoftware, SaaS, Cloud-Services)
- Erstellung Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und ROI-Analysen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Livegängen; Management Hypercarephasen

**Darauf freuen wir uns**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder einem anderen verwandten Bereich wünschenswert, und umfassende Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement
- Umfassende Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce
- Hohes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung und den dazugehörigen Prozessen
- Verständnis des aktuellen Marktes für Standart-Apps, Cloud-Services etc. im Retailmarkt
- Methodische, analytische Kompetenz, Verständnis für Geschäftsbedürfnisse und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Projekten und Unternehmenskontext
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft

**Nice to have**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur/IT-Security
- Erfahrung in Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung für IT-Verträge
