We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to secure growth in the German market. You will be supported by the Sales team for charging solutions services in Helsinki and in Berlin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative company in the booming EV charging sector, contributing to the disruption of the energy industry towards a cleaner future.

**What you’ll do
- Strive to understand the customer's needs, provide knowledge and awareness to make a business from electric vehicle charging and clean energy services with Virta’s comprehensive platform solution, including market leading charging infrastructure
- Take ownership and deliver ambitious sales targets
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships and seek out new customers to expand the company’s customer base
- Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure

**What you’ll bring
You are a result driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage C-level in strategic discussions. You are solution-oriented and understand value-based selling approach. You like technology and want to acquire a thorough knowledge of the Virta’s products.

**You also have:
- A proven track record of selling complex IoT solutions. Previous sales experience gained within software or service sales organization (ideally within SaaS and Platform sales), managing a large number of sales cycles at any one time
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships, manage existing accounts as well as open and close new deals
- A strong familiarity and a multi-year exposure to the enterprise and corporate landscape in the local market.
- An existing contact network in one or more of these segments is considered a definite plus: Retail, Real Estate, Energy or Fuel Retail, Proven track record in communicating with C-Level decision makers and other key stakeholders in customer organisations
- Experience in utilising Sales Methodologies (i.e. MEDDIC / SPIN)
- Knowledge of digital sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism
- Expertise in creating comprehensive presentations, business calculations, business proposals and the ability to lead discovery workshops for prospects with modern tools, i.e MS PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS
- Commercially astute, experience in developing business cases, value calculations, and ROI evidence together with customer’s key personnel
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel)
- Experience in EV Charging/EV platform/Solution Sales is considered an advantage.
