**This position reports to**:
Product Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Join our Digital Systems team and shape the future of Electrification and Automation. You'll drive new sales opportunities, ensure budget goals are met, and provide technical support for our cutting-edge digital solutions. From secure supervision and control to data acquisition and multi-site factory solutions, your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, scalable systems. Make an impact and lead the way in industrial automation - Develops and maintains new sales opportunities while resolving customer issues and analyzing customer needs - Ensures achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth across all product groups - Supports the sales organization in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for complex offers - Conducts analytic studies to identify optimal technical solutions for customer needs and complex inquiries - Provides technical support during meetings, presentations, negotiations, and offers related training to the Sales team - Analyzes lost proposals to identify causes and recommends actions in collaboration with the sales/business unit for improvement

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in information technology, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- First years of proven experience as a Sales Specialist
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to tackling and implementing tasks
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and customer orientation, enjoying intercultural exchange
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish), and flexible for international mobility
