Since our team and the business grew a lot in the past 8 years and we face another exciting phase of our company growth, we are now looking for a Head of Commercial - Sales/AM (gn) in/around Hamburg to support us in building up the processes and ensuring success in our more and more complex commercial parts of the company. And the best ones know: Success is always also about the team and collaboration. So we're looking for an innovative mind with great people skills who has experienced such growth in a SaaS company and is excited to share the experience with another ambitious scale-up from now on.

What's in for you
- A role to be facilitating the further growth of our products into the markets together with our Management team. You are in the middle of the most exciting times of Fashion Cloud
- You'll be able to show off your excellent sales and Account Management skills by closing deals, consulting our customers as well as improving the sales processes in collaboration with Management and other stakeholders in the company.
- You're also going to inspire, recruit and coach the commercial team members in collaboration with the Team Lead(s) to uncover their maximum potential. #wepolishourdiamonds
- You're gonna lead the business towards new markets together with Management and consult them with questions that touch on the commercial area you're watching over.
- The ownership for the sales data. It doesn't matter if it's about the MRRs or other data points - you have the overview and make sure it's used properly.
- Sales first - and we for sure also see you taking over responsibility for the Account Management and Customer Service team by the time to develop into a full Head of Commercial role.
- The DACH market will be your main area first & you'll explore other areas such as Benelux and further Europe shortly afterwards.
- You have a close eye on the distribution of the accounts and what's working for your teams and take actions accordingly.That's what you bring to the table
- You've worked in SaaS business before and know your ground.
- You've working in (Enterprise) Sales for several years already operationally, so you know how a successful (SaaS-)Sales cycle works.
- You're experience in setting up sales processes to enable the sales team in doing great business.
- Talking about enabling: You bring several years of leadership experience, which you're eager to build up on.
- You've never stopped being hands-on throughout your career and still roll up your sleeves to reach the most with your team.
- You feel like you can connect to our customers - retailers and brands, associations and ERP systems, as well as e-commerce players.
- You bring both - experience from smaller and bigger businesses. Because a viewpoint from both sides is very valuable for this role.
- And of course we'd love someone who's truly excited about business growth and brings the energy to chase the company goals.
- Mother-tongue skills in German and fluent English skills are required.
