**Role, Responsibilities and skill development**:

- Hands-on involvement with projects from receipt to final delivery.
- Work directly with the business team on programs/campaigns.
- Develop and enhance marketing collaterals for the Berlin and Global team.
- Assist the sales team with collateral development in your mother tongue.
- CAT, subtitle, transcription and other industry tools/platforms training.
- Quality control and linguist community support and engagement.
- Client facing experience.
- Scope to support a major project for your studies if required.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Some knowledge/exposure/interest in online marketing, localization, translation, communications, linguistics, or languages or related fields.
- An ability and desire to build strong relationships within the company.
- Strong problem-solving ability and manages time well.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in your mother tongue, e.g. German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Russian, Arabic etc., or perhaps another language of interest (high functioning).
- Works well in a team; takes responsibility, provide and receive feedback.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and positive attitude.
- Trustworthy, has discretion when handling LC’s confidential information.
- Takes pride in their appearance, professional attitude.
- Takes their work seriously, however does not take themselves too seriously.
- A sense of adventure and 'out of the box' thinker.

**Possible objectives of an LCLI internship**:

- Localization/Translation/Transcription/Subtitling/Adaptation
- Business Development & Sales
- Client Support / Servicing
- Project Management
- SEO/ Digital Marketing
- Content Writing/Creation
- Accounts/ Finance

**Qualifications**: Completing a course of study in Languages, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Media, or a related field for which an internship is required to complete your course of study.

**Internship Duration**: 6 months, 3+ months so considered.

**Work rights**: EU work rights for the internship (preferred)

**Working Days**: Full time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday

**Job Location**: Berlin, Germany

**Remuneration**: fair compensation plus other benefits
