**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
At Phiture, we are looking for a talented Digital Production Artist to support our Graphic and Motion Designers in executing client and internal projects. You will be a part of a diverse creative team consisting of design, motion, writing, and operations professionals.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Execute design solutions as directed against established creative, or repurposing existing designs and artwork for new uses
- Create variants for testing under the direction of senior designers
- Prepare technically accurate and industry-standard production-ready digital (and occasionally print) design files to appropriate specifications
- Assist in our internal Quality Assurance process for all outgoing files
- Help source and retouch imagery and photography for localisation efforts
- Capture screen shots of our client's apps from multiple devices and operating systems
- Resize creative solutions to comply with a variety of platforms and online channels
- Clean up slide presentations to comply with established templates
- Work closely with Designers, Project Managers and Consultants to meet production deadlines on various projects occurring at the same time
- Help organize and maintain our library of client assets and archived work
- Support the development of Phiture's brand and asset creation, both online and offline
- Troubleshoot problem art files and other digital assets
**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**:
- Commercial experience in digital production or design work, ideally with an agency or in-house creative team
- A portfolio of past professional or student work, ideally highlighting your role in the project
- Experience with the Adobe CC Suite and Figma
- Excellent attention to detail to help ensure accuracy and quality of our work
- Great English language skills
- An interest in digital and mobile app marketing
- Understanding of common file formats and specs for mobile-first environments
- Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
- Ability to create and maintain new processes and workflows
