**How you will leave your mark**:
- You work closely together with the Marketing Director Europe in our global headquarters and European markets and support them in executing strategic and operational tasks
- You support the Marketing Director Europe in planning and implementing the European marketing plan involving all relevant departments across the organization
- You assist in planning, coordinating and executing the annual media plan and other regional marketing activities (e.g. events)
- You create presentations to summarize key product launches and campaigns in Europe and drive analyses on A&P budgets, media spendings and marketing KPIs
- You consolidate and monitor all communication channels in Europe
- You assist in preparation of meetings with key stakeholders of the organization and the Marketing Directors across Europe and follow up correspondence related to these meetings
**How you will experience success with us**:
- You are a Masters student (M/F/d) in the field of Economics, Business Administration or comparable and have obtained first working experience in marketing, sales or consulting
- You have profound analytical and problem-solving skills as well as project management skills
- We rely on your willingness to operate in a fast-paced and international environment
- You have excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and you are proficient in English - German and French are of advantage
- We rely on your integrity and ability to treat confidential information with discretion
