- further developing our partner strategy and implementing necessary measures to successfully reach your team’s goals and targets.
- taking the right initiatives to leverage existing partners (partner enablement) as well as landing new key partners.
- managing, coordinating and monitoring all partner-related sales and distribution activities.
- reporting and performance tracking of all partner management activities, including the definition, monitoring and improvement of relevant KPIs and OKRs.
- leading the partner management team, helping them focus on the defined priorities while motivating them to exceed their goals.
- developing, maintaining and growing relationships with our partners and key internal stakeholders and conceptualising such use cases.
- being responsible for the active support of existing multipliers, identifying and implementing new cooperation concepts and models.
- developing marketing concepts for promoting partnerships to leverage potential.
- cooperate with Account Management, Sales Engineering and our Product Owners to optimise solution concepts for partners and their customers.

- a degree in business administration or business informatics (university or college)
- several years of professional experience in SaaS B2B partner channel management
- experience in conceptualising partner strategies, managing them, building and maintaining effective relationships with partners
- a strategic mindset with the ability to define, present and execute long-term oriented strategies
- very good written and spoken English skills
- strong communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels as well as partnership and team-oriented working skills

- broad managerial experience with a proven track record in global growth and change management
- a large business network, including companies in the SaaS and ERP environment
- a good technical understanding and the ability to explain IT concepts and technical aspects on a high level
- experience and interest in the EDI industry
