The Partner Consulting team is responsible for unlocking and growing the Partner Program business through data driven analysis, optimization, and partner support. The team works closely with our technology teams to iterate and improve product features supporting our partners to steer their business on Zalando.

**INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN**
**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:
- Support in the preparation and analysis of the Business Unit and Partners' performance
- Consulting small & medium partners and assisting them to increase engagement and sales on the Zalando Platform.
- Manage the optimization and administration of our internal and external stakeholder CRM tool, ensuring all necessary data is available and correct
- Supporting the communication team to ensure our partners have the relevant knowledge to grow with the Zalando Partner Program (e.g. creation of articles, monthly newsletters, partner presentations, aligning with cross functional teams, etc.)
- Support the Partner Consultants on smaller projects and operational tasks
**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:
- Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail even when working under pressure
- Great communication skills in English, both written and oral. German and/or any other European language is a plus
- You are analytical, a problem solver who can work across cross-functional teams and with a strong drive to get things done
- Ideally you have gained experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Salesforce and Microstrategy is a plus
- You are committed, a team player, and remain calm in stressful situations
- You have a passion for technology and the fashion industry and a general understanding of the platform business
