Additionally, as a partner of ESCP, one of Europe's leading business schools, we collaborate closely with their students and professors on practical projects. Our diverse clientele spans various industries, including asset management, real estate, finance, fintech, IT, biotech, fashion, music, household appliances, and urban mobility. Within just 1.5 years of establishment, we have established long-term partnerships with over 10 international clients across three continents. In response to the increasingly growing business demands, we are looking for a highly motivated Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team and assist with financial operations. As a Finance and Accounting Intern at our marketing agency, you will gain hands-on experience working with our accounting team and play a crucial role in ensuring our financial success.

Aufgaben
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment preparation.
- Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
- Support the accounting team in daily accounting tasks.
- English is a must, but German is a plus.

Qualifikation
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

This full-time, paid internship position provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and accounting within a marketing agency environment.
