Director of Solution Delivery

As Director of Solution Delivery, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the development and delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. As a hands-on leader reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence across our delivery teams, ensure the highest quality standards, and play a key role in scaling our delivery capabilities.You will lead and mentor a growing team of Senior Project Managers while also managing a select number of your own client projects end to end. As a hands-on leader, you will own delivery excellence and the project management function (PMO), ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards within a scalable and reliable framework. In this capacity, you will combine strategic direction with operational guidance, ensuring that our delivery function operates effectively, scales for the future, and remains fully aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver complex, client-specific XR projects end-to-end, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfactionLead, mentor, and develop a core team of Senior Project ManagersDrive the development of the project management team and PMO processes, tools, and governance, strengthening capabilities and ensuring scalability and future readinessEnsure close alignment between delivery teams, development, and internal leadership, fostering transparency and execution at the highest standardsQualificationsExperience at Project Leader level or above from a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, with a proven track record in software development, technology, or digital transformation; experience in life sciences is a strong plusStructured, reliable, and excellence-driven, with strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with client executive leadershipStrong ownership mindset with high energy, resilience, and the drive to deliver results in demanding, high-performance environmentsAbout realworld onerealworld one’s mission is to accelerate advancements in the life sciences community by providing the best extended reality solutions.
