The site supports the development and manufacturing of complex sterile products for global pharmaceutical partners. Position OverviewLeading the MSAT team currently in place, ensuring smooth project execution, standardized tech transfer processes, and high-quality delivery to clients. Act as the link between technical teams, site leadership, and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee MSAT functions.Ensure successful execution of tech transfers from development to commercial manufacturing.Establish structured project delivery processes for increasing product volumes.Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with program goals.Engage with clients to support project delivery and operational excellence.Candidate Profile6–12 years’ experience in MSAT teams within a CDMO environment.Proven experience leading GMP tech transfers to commercial stage.Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.Sterile or biologics experience preferred.Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.Please apply directly to this job posting if this position sounds of interest 📩
