Your missionOwn the onboarding journey for new B2B partners, ensuring smooth integration, training, and activation of Tunz’s eSIM and connectivity services.Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle — managing renewals, performance reviews, and proactive success planning.Drive adoption and engagement by understanding each partner’s goals and aligning Tunz capabilities to deliver measurable value.Monitor account health using usage, revenue, and engagement metrics; take action to prevent churn and drive growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.Represent the voice of the customer within Tunz, advocating for needs that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.Your profileProven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, mobile tech, or connectivity sectors.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes for enterprise or platform partners.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and recommend improvements.Comfortable managing multiple global accounts in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-first approach to problem solving.Bachelor’s degree required.Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.Why Tunz?Flexible work arrangement according to your individual needsCompetitive salaryWorking on international level, internal & externalBe part of a fast growing tech businessTunz, part of DT One, is redefining the way businesses deliver mobile connectivity.
